Comfortable panelled Yamano Kaiso Sneakers from Japanese label Flower Mountain. Kaiso means algae, and up to 40% of the outsole is made from resin pellets that combine algae with base polymers. The upper is a blend of recycled nylon and bio-based panels made from raw plant materials such as corn, while the lining is made from recycled plastic bottles.

This colour, designed in collaboration with Flower Mountain, is exclusive to TOAST and inspired by our seasonal concept. We also offer Flower Mountain Yamano Kaiso Panelled Trainers in men’s sizes for a larger fit.

Upper: 50% polyurethane recycled, 50% nylon recycled. Lining: 100% PET recycled. Sole 100% rubber. Mid sole: Up to 40% of each Kaiso outsole is made from sustainable resin pellets produced combining algae biomass with base polymers.
